The Three Belles

You may know The Three Belles as a 1940s vocal trio, but singing is only one of the exciting roles they take on, when being a belle. They also write and produce their own shows including their 1940s experience night ‘In The Mood’. This show has run for two years now at The Portsmouth Guildhall and last year at The St Ives Guildhall too. It always sells out and has the audience leaving on a big 1940s style high!

Now The Three Belles are launching their tour of this fantastic night out! There will be 8 dates this year coming to a town near you!

The night includes performances by The Three Belles and The Bevin Boys, Max Miller style stand up comedy, Guest performers, dancing, themed cocktails, sing along songs and much more!

IN FULL SWING, our debut album is now mixed down and ready for pressing.

We will be releasing the album officially on Monday 27th May and if you want to make sure you get your CD as soon as its out, order it now from our online shop.

Us Belles have just arrived back from Cornwall and boy are we busy bees!

‘Sing Sing Sing’ sold out at The Acorn in Penzance and we had a thrilling night telling the audience the story of Betty, Gail and Dorothy during WW2. It all tied in just right with National Women’s Day too! Those women of the forties deserve our admiration and respect!

This week we are celebrating Dorothy’s birthday… so Betty has been baking! You can have a look on Twitter and I’m sure you will find the latest sweet treats from the Belles household as they are completed!

Then on Friday we will be heading up to Bletchley Park to sing for those lovely people at BBC Radio 3 Counties! How exciting! We will be singing at about 12.30 and 2.30 so listen up. Then we will be heading down to Hampshire that evening to perform at The Lapstone, Monica’s Vintage Fair in Gravesend on Saturday and then Bar Music Hall on Sunday.

Bar Music Hall is in Old street, so all you London folk who are waiting for us to come into town and sing, we are back! With The Bevin Boys too! We will be performing from 12pm-3pm with your sunday lunch. Or just pop by and have a drink and a dance. This venue is lovely and we will be holding our album launch there in May!

We are just putting all the final touches into the album and we will be ready to send it off to be pressed, so keep an eye on the website for its release, but we are planning it for may 27th 2013.
